Mamorumori forest policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you adopted resident(s)/purchased printables (from the day you receive your shipping confirmation e-mail), unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you decide to send back your order, please get in touch first (email@example.com) so we can expect your item and help you with the process. We will not refund the additional costs it takes to return the package (shipping costs etc). To be eligible for a return the resident(s)/printables should return in the same condition that you received it. This includes the original packaging as much as possible. Please take into consideration that residents are irreplaceable as they are handmade, therefore one-of-a-kind. We are but a one-man business. We highly appreciate you considering your purchases before making them.

If your resident(s)/printables appears faulty upon delivery, or a mistake was made when fulfilling your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and include photos of the resident(s)/printables in order for us to prompt a partial or full refund. To complete your return, The Plum Rabbits require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, The Plum Rabbits of Mamorumori forest will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned resident(s)/printables. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (when applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take a while to refund.
If that did not help please contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com and explain your situation. Please include information that you have received from your credit card company/bank so we can help you.
If the resident(s)/printables were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned resident(s)/printables are received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the resident(s)/printables were not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Please reach out to us before shipping the package back. We will help you with this process and provide the address you can send the package to. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping items over $50, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. The Plum Rabbits cannot refund when resident(s)/printables are not received. Therefore shipping is at your own risk.
