Satogaeri 里帰り used to take care of a variety of old-aged Plum Rabbits in Mamorumori forest. When Plum Rabbits grow old they do not have to work in the forest anymore. Most of them like to stay together and keep eachother company. Satogaeri took care of them by bringing them food or providing items such as books to keep the day entertaining. The Plum Rabbits are going to miss Satogaeri for their ability to listen, love and genuine-ness. Satogaeri means 'visiting one's parents' in Japanese.
This small auplom is part of the autumn 2025 collection. When the greens turn into reds, oranges and yellows it is time for Mamorumori forest to prepare for lots of leaves-cleaning and many nights of campfires. Everyone is slowly preparing for the winter, but enjoying the last festivities of the year together.
Auploms are made out of polyester filling and local fabrics. When dirty please try to gently handwash as they are afraid of washing machines and dry cleaners. A small plom is approximately 10x10x10 cm [4"x 4"x 4"inch). Keep in mind that adopting a resident comes with high responsibility. They need love and care! The resident comes without attributes such as the plantpot.
