Kindai 近代 was a friend of Yume; a big plom that left Mamorumori forest earlier. He is also ready to face his biggest challenge yet: the world. Kindai had a fun time in Mamorumori forest, often helping his friends wander throughout the year. Moving from spot to spot. Kindai is into modern stuff: he likes to keep up with the trends and takes really good care of himself. When Fuwa Fuwa Folk pass by Mamorumori forest to sell their goods, Kindai often talks to them to get to know the latest trends and info. Yume always described Kindai being a leader, independent and warm.
Kindai means 'present day; modern times;' in Japanese.
This wiplom is part of the winter 2021 collection. During winter many Mamorumori forest residents sleep or are in hibernation. It might be tougher to spot the same residents you could see during autumn. However during winter a lot of new mysterious residents pop up too!
Wiploms are made out of mostly polyester and local fabrics. When dirty please try to gently handwash as they are afraid of washing machines and dry cleaners. This wiplom is approximately 40x35x35 cm.
