Keito 毛糸 is usually sleeping the entirety of winter. He chooses a spot in Mamorumori forest, next to some of his friends, where he sleeps all winter long. According to his neighbors Keito is really nice to stay next to. An ideal neighbor, you could say! Plum Rabbits often pull off the leaves of Keito during summer to create paint for wool. So you can find him near Plum Rabbits homes in Mamorumori forest. Keito comes from the Japanese word of 'knitting wool; woolen yarn;'. Plum Rabbits describe Keito as being helpful, selfless and secure.
This treeplom is part of the Winter collection of 2021-2022. The treeploms are based on the birch (tree). Their skins are continuously regenerating. This creates the color differences that you see. This makes them very special! During winter they barely have any leaves. These leaves seem to be fully snowed.
Treeploms are approximately H40 cm x W15 cm x 15 cm. Completely handmade out of local fabrics and polyester filling. Please do not put this treeplom in the washing machine as they might not survive the ride. Treeploms are scared of the machine. Gently try to clean them by hand, if needed (at Mamorumori we like to think they stay clean but you never know).
