Monsu モンス took a long time to grow. But he is here! Some of his family can grow up to 2 feet every year. But Monsu has had a special type of food that makes him stay the way he is. He is very happy with that, since it is already hard to move around. "My leaves are huge. They barely stay in one place!" he says. His Plum Rabbit mother requests the new owner to put him in a plant pot. "He is just so much more happy in a plantpot" she sighs. Monsu likes warm weather that has a high humidity. But the way he has been grown makes him happy in most households. "As long as it is not TOO cold I am fine" he nods. His Plum Rabbits describes him as being coolheaded, precise and modest.
This treeplom is part of the Houseplant Collection of 2022. The Plum Rabbits have been growing plants at their home in Mamorumori forest during the cold months of the year. They are proudly presenting them to you! Monsu is based on the Monstera Deliciousa plant. Also well-known as the Swiss cheese plant.
Treeploms are approximately H40 cm x W15 cm x 15 cm. Completely handmade out of local fabrics and polyester filling. Please do not put this treeplom in the washing machine as they might not survive the ride. Treeploms are scared of the machine. Gently try to clean them by hand, if needed (at Mamorumori we like to think they stay clean but you never know).
