Winter Treeploms rarely move during winter and stay asleep all day and night. Every so often residents or caretakers can talk to the treeploms, but will often keep their eyes closed doing so. Usually the pinetreeploms will show up and do tasks these treeploms would often do in other seasons. Winter Treeploms are not necessarily lazy; they just spent doing so much in the other seasons that they are taking a break during winter. Most of their leaves have fallen off during autumn, so they need to regain strength the entire season. Caretakers often stop by to provide the resources. During Christmas they tend to get decorated by the residents.
Mamorumori forest is the least inhabited during winter. Many caretakers take shelter in their houses and lots of residents do the same. But do not be fooled by the quietness of the forest: most are awake! Lots of festivities such as Christmas are held and activities like rolling around in the snow are often taking place throughout the Mamorumori forest. Not everyday it will be snowing, so during those times you have a high chance of encountering residents during your stay.
By getting this wooden pin you are adopting a little guardian to be on your side. The treeploms of Mamorumori forest will bless you specifically for the season of the pin you are wearing. At the same time you are supporting the maintenance of the forest. Thank you. :)
The wooden pin is printed on one side. The other side is a walnut-colored wooden background including the metal pin + rubber green lit. The treeplom is approx 5cm x 5cm (1.96"x1.96"). The drawing is handmade by the founder Rabbit.
