Toru 取る has been grown in the Northern district of Mamorumori forest by one of the Plum Rabbits. Inside the small cabin Toru and two brothers grew up together. The Plum Rabbit often worked, so Toru and their brothers hung out together a lot. Through the very small window they could see the mountain tops of Mamorumori forest. The siblings often wondered what outside would be like until the day they decided to sign up for adoption. Do not worry: their Plum Rabbit guardian is fully supportive of this idea! Toru means 'to take; to pick up; to grab;' in Japanese.
Toru 取る is part of the Houseplant 2023 collection. The Plum Rabbits are hyping up the trend of growing houseplants inside their cabins. The weather has been so weird lately that some Plum Rabbits started giving out free houseplant seeds so that everyone can still enjoy growing plants. Many varieties of houseplants exist and some Plum Rabbits feel they should compete with one another.
Ploms are made out of polyester filling and local fabrics. When dirty please try to gently handwash as they are afraid of washing machines and dry cleaners. A regular plom is approximately 22x22x22 cm [7.8"x 7.8"x 7.8"inch). Mind you that this one adds three hanging parts that are making this plom bigger overall. Keep in mind that adopting a resident comes with high responsibility. They need love and care! The resident comes without attributes such as the plantpot.
