Senin 船員 is the manager of a small company that provides excursions to go see the whales. Far from the coastline of Mamorumori forest there lies a banket where many whales gather yearly to enjoy each others' company. The Plum Rabbits of Mamorumori forest are on good terms with the whales and often would like to visit them. As the whales cannot come ashore; the residents go to them! Senin 船員 and his colleagues would provide the boats and sail. Senin received a special badge from his colleagues as he has founded the company and many employees are sad to see him leave. He is described as jolly, funny and caring. Senin is the happiest on a boat, but honestly he is curious at any sort of adventure.
